Welcome to the Newcomers’ Harvest Share Event! For the past few years, Harvest Share has been a summertime monthly event at Carrie Blake Park where members shared gardening stories, tips, and any produce from their own gardens. This year, due to Gary’s busy schedule transitioning from Club Treasurer to Club Webmaster, only one event will be held at Gary’s home and garden in Port Angeles.,
Gary will host this event at his home and garden on Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 1-3 pm. The garden has 13 raised beds and mature fruit trees: cherries, apples, and pears. He will offer veggie starts to any members who want to plant a Fall garden. See the July Harvest Share Broadcast for the address.
Parking is available in the driveway and near the home.
Please RSVP if you plan to attend. Last day to register is Thursday, July 24, 2025.
As always, members who are gardeners are welcome to bring any extra produce they have to share. If you aren’t a gardener or don’t have anything to share, please come anyway to see the garden and enjoy the company of other members.
Light refreshments will be served.
