2014 Newcomers’ Picnic at Salt Creek State Park

Welcome to the Olympic Newcomers’ Club Website

Olympic Newcomers’ is a friendship club designed to give men and women the opportunity to meet and develop friendships with others who live in the area.  Our organization is open to anyone who would like to join…not just those new to the area.  In fact, many of our members have enjoyed the club’s activities and services for more than a decade.

The North Olympic Newcomers’ Club hosts a long list of activities designed to encourage members to learn about this area, its culture, activities and lifestyles as well as to develop friendships by sharing interests and hobbies with each other…all while having a great time.  With more than 175 active members in the club, you’ll easily find new friends who share common interests with you.

We have monthly luncheon meetings, an annual picnic & holiday party as well as other special gatherings where members can interact while enjoying games, amazing hors d’oeuvres, wonderful dinners, wine tasting and a host of other fun events.  Of course, you need attend only those events and activities which interest you.  And if you have an interest which we currently don’t include in our activities, we encourage you to start a new interest group.  Perhaps you’d like to start a Newcomers’ bridge club, or a photography club – the opportunities are almost endless. We just hope you like getting out of the house to meet new people, develop new friendships, and experience the fun and camaraderie afforded by our activities. To join, just download the new membership form, fill it out, and mail it to our Membership Chair Sue Cimino at the address on the form. You can also email Sue by using the membership application form at the bottom of this page.
