Join us for a fun, relaxed afternoon of bowling. The Newcomers’ Bowling Group meets on the second Tuesday of each month at noon. Whether you’re a beginner, average bowler, or seasoned expert, everyone is welcome.
This is a great chance to laugh, get some exercise, and meet new friends. Our group keeps growing—and we’d love to have you join in.
💵 Costs & Equipment
- $2.25 per game for Newcomers’ members
- Most people bowl 2–3 games
- Free rental shoes (bring socks and know your shoe size)
- Free use of bowling balls
- Arrive early if you need to choose a ball
- Laurel Lanes accepts credit cards only for purchases of $5 or more

- Bowling is non-competitive and open to all skill levels
- If you’ve never bowled before, we’ll be happy to show you how
- Lanes are assigned using a random draw so you get to know different members
- Usually 3–4 bowlers per lane
- Standard Ten Pin rules apply
- Automatic scoring makes it easy
