The May 2026 Dining Around Event is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2026, 5 pm. This event is hosted by Michael Coles & Helga Berger and will be held at the Downriggers on the Water, 115 E Railroad Av, Suite 207, Port Angeles (Inside the Port Angeles Wharf Building).

Maximum number of reservations is 20.   Dining Around events fill up fast, so make your reservation early. Last day to reserve is Sunday, May 17, 2026, or when the maximum number of guests is reached.

Parking is available in the Wharf Building parking lot, in the Port Angeles Pier parking lot, and across the street in the Gateway parking structure. 

Downriggers on the Water is a waterfront American restaurant, known for its casual fine dining with panoramic views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. They feature fresh Northwest seafood, steaks, burgers, and award-winning clam chowder and fish and chips. They offer a full bar with many local beers on tap. Outdoor seating in summer adds to its popularity with both locals and visitors. A 20% tip for large groups will be included on the bill.

Dining Around is all about friendship!

The Dining Around Host makes a reservation at a local restaurant where the members meet for a casual meal and socializing. Everyone orders off the menu and pays their share. The gathering is a great opportunity to enjoy old friends and make new ones.
