By 1919, it had 300 residents. There were several privately owned businesses and structures, including a grange hall, school, and homes. After several ownership changes, the sawmill was closed in the late 1960s. A two-room elementary and high school operated as late as the early 1950s. One former owner’s son said mill management maintained a charge account with the local sheriff for bailing out workers after weekend binges.”

Dining Around is all about friendship!

The Dining Around Host makes a reservation at a local restaurant where the members meet for a casual meal and socializing.
